Terms and Conditions
* A deposit is required to secure your booking. Booking changes, including but not limited to; change of time or number of clients, will be accommodated where possible but a refund of deposit will not be provided for change of date or cancelled services. The balance of your booking may be paid in full via bank transfer prior to your booking date or cash payments can be made on the day prior to the commencement of services.
* I offer an on location service for Weddings, please note a travel fee may apply depending on location.
* An Early Morning Fee applies to bookings prior to 7am.
* A minimum booking of three people applies to Saturdays and on location services.
* Application may take between 45 – 90 minutes depending on the chosen look. Please allow for this when selecting your ideal service time.
* Bridesmaids (Aged 16 and older), Junior Bridesmaids (Aged 10-15), Flower Girls (Aged 9 and younger).
* All makeup products and brushes are sanitised and kept in a hygienic environment between client makeup applications. Please advise of any skin condition or allergy prior to your service date.
* I reserve the right to terminate a booking without a refund of the deposit, in circumstances where you engage in inappropriate behaviour.
* In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, and I am not able to provide a replacement, you will receive full refund of your deposit. You acknowledge that circumstances may arise that are unforeseen or beyond my control which may prevent me from providing services to you, and you acknowledge that I am not liable to you for any loss or damage caused to you or any third party by my cancellation beyond a full refund of the deposit.
