Sharnie and Adrian, Wedding 2.5. If you take a deep dive into my Insta you may see these two lovers celebrating their love for each other back in 2020. Their official nuptials held in front of their closest people due to Covi-d restrictions. When restrictions eased they planned an awesome celebration for all their family and friends, Wedding 2.0. Then came another lockdown, and another postponement 😔 Finally Wedding 2.5 was held on a beautiful summer’s day out at Pillar Rock Farm.

Jodi-Lee & Luke

I don’t often get to share images of the beautiful Mothers of the Bride, they seem to develop some sort of ninja status when it comes to avoiding the photographer. So I just had to include this image of Jodi-Lee getting ready with her bridesmaids and her Mum, I mean check out Mum, what a stunner!

Jodi’s Review: “Nicky was amazing, myself and my bridesmaids even my mother of the bride usually don’t wear much makeup and Nicky gave us such a nice light natural look it was more perfect then we imagined, Nicky was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff which was so good as I had no idea what to even ask for, thank gosh for Nicky she was so calm and helpful and it just ran so smoothly and the makeup wore through the whole night I would highly recommend Nicky she is very particular about making your day perfect and making sure your happy with your look. Weddings

Last weekend I wrapped up the Autumn Wedding Season for 2022. It was big and it was awesome! Makeup artists and hairdressers play such a huge part on a wedding day, not because of the work they do, but the presence and vibe they bring along to the day. At most weddings, hair and makeup are with the bridal party from 7am all the way through to just before the ceremony. That’s a long time to listen to me busting out one dad joke after another #takeadayoffson. It’s a privilege and honour to be a part of someone’s special day, so I want to say a huge thank you to all my beautiful autumn Brides – Dennie, Sharnie, Kira, Jess, Maddy, Mariah, Emma, Mahaila, Jade, Tegan, Jade and Charlotte for inviting me along. I cant wait to see what my Spring Brides have for me x

Sarah and her gorgeous maids. We had ten beautiful faces to work on for Sarah’s April Wedding last year. My beautiful friend @endessamakeupartist assisted me to get all these maids, as well as a couple of Mums, ready by midday. If you have a large Bridal party please get in touch as early as you can. I often get Endessa to assist me on large Bridal parties, she has a similar natural style to me and 30 years experience in beauty and makeup. I know, hard to believe when she doesn’t look a day over 21 #doublethebogans#executivebogan
