In the months leading up to Amanda’s wedding she would regularly message me asking me to bring the great weather along on her wedding day. I don’t like to disappoint, so after weeks of silly humidity filled days, I woke up the morning of Amanda’s wedding to the crisp feeling of autumn finally arriving. Oh man, this was a waaaaaarm day! Bianca and her bridesmaids were getting ready at the Grooms parents place nestled on the edge of Sherwood Forest, and the humidity was working harder than Robin Hood and his merry men (yeah, I’ll stop). 20 minutes before the ceremony was due to begin on Bianca’s nearby farm, a cracker of a storm rolled over. The ceremony was slightly delayed, but no amount of rain could dampen the spirits of these guys.

The gorgeous wedding of Ashlea and Asher held down at Mororo near Maclean. Ashlea chose to keep her makeup minimal, so we opted for something super soft and sweet. She told me that Asher had made one request – he still wanted to see his Brides beautiful freckles.

It was a spectacular day in paradise for Cherie and Brandon’s Wedding Day. I grew up down river, with Brooms Head holding a special place in my heart, so I was extra excited to head out there to spend the morning with Cherie and her girls. It was absolutely magic to be able to work overlooking the beautiful Brooms beach, and I’m not going to lie, as soon as it was tools down I was in the water. I love my job!

It was a pleasure hanging out with the @dimattiaandco crew for the morning while we worked with Beth and her girls for Beth’s “30th Birthday Celebrations”. There were a few little sneaky side eyes happening while I was doing Beth’s makeup, before she finally whispered to me “My 30th birthday is actually a surprise Wedding!”
